ORDERING & CANCELLATION
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when it is on the way with tracking included.
This can take slightly longer during busy promotional periods.
When will my order arrive ?
UK : 2-4 business days
International : 4-8 business days.
Can I change my order regarding selected size or item?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't reached a certain stage, we can cancel it for you. Please contact customer service via hello@seolajewelry.uk.
How can I pay?
You can pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Paypal so that you can securely order your new product knowing that you are protected when you purchase.
Pre-orders
There may be instances where an item is only available to purchase on a pre-order basis. If this is the case, the ADD TO CART button will be replaced with PRE ORDER and we will advise of the estimated delivery date on the product page.
If you are placing a larger order which includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until it can be fulfilled completely. If you are needing other items sooner, we would recommend placing a separate order for them.
SHIPPING
Do you ship to .. ?
Yes, most likely! We ship worldwide with a few exceptions.
Will custom fees apply?
For international shipping, customs may apply and we will not be able to cover the cost of this.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your tracking details.
How much is shipping?
Free Uk delivery for orders over £50
UK : £3.50 | 2 - 4 Days for delivery
Express : £6.99 | 1 - 2 Days for delivery
International : £12.99 | 10 - 12 Days for delivery
After your order has left us, we are sadly unable to control any delays which may occur with the courier. Royal Mail does not consider parcels to be lost until 10 working days after dispatch, so we kindly ask you to be patient if there is a delay.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please get in touch with our customer care team on hello@seolajewelry.uk who will be on hand to help.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to be sure that you absolutely love your latest Seola purchase, however if something isn’t quite right, we are here to support you.
You have 30 days upon receiving your order to request an exchange and 14 days for a refund - you can do this by contacting our friendly team. Returns are free of charge, we will provide a pre-paid Royal Mail postage label, a printer is required.
Things to remember:
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons - we hope you understand!
- Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging
- Shipping fees cannot be refunded
- We cannot accept returns of gift packaging
Returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed and we kindly ask you to allow 3-5 working days for the funds to reach your account.
Can I get a refund for paid items in an order that includes a free item offer?
When we run promotions that include free items, refunds are not provided for the paid items in the order. However, we do accept exchanges for these items. Please contact our support team for assistance with any exchange requests.
Seola strives to create jewellery of an exceptional standard however if on the very rare occasion that you have received a faulty item or your piece, please get in touch with our customer care team right away on hello@seolajewelry.uk and we will assist you with a replacement!
SIZING
How do I find out my ring size?
You can find out your ring size like so:
- Either find a ring you already love and wear and measure its inside diameter
- Or cut a strip of paper, wrap it around your finger and mark where the paper meets. Now measure the distance between your markings to get your finger circumference

CARE & REPAIR
TARNISHING
Seola is proud to offer a lifetime warranty against tarnishing - we’ve worked tirelessly to ensure our products are designed to a high standard to withstand any discolouration.
If, in the unlikely event that you experience any tarnishing, we would be happy to replace the piece for you with no questions asked.
We may require the piece to be returned and will provide a pre-paid postage label.
DEFECTIVE
We hope you can understand that we cannot take responsibility for pieces which have become faulty due to lack of care (for example, knots or tangling)
Please get in touch with our customer care team on hello@seolajewelry.uk and include an image of the issue so that we can support you with the best next steps.

Here are some tips to keep in mind:
- Store in the jewellery pouch we provide to avoid scratching and tangling and keep dry. Our lovely pouches are handmade to make sure your jewelry is well protected.
- Carefully put it on last in your dressing routine
- Take it off first in your evening routine
Why do I need to follow care tips for high quality jewellery?
Gold is an organic materials. If the plating rubs off after years of wear or a scratch breaks your heart for perfection – remember, it's natural. Take care of what you love and increase the lifetime of your fine jewellery.
MATERIALS
To ensure fine quality for every customer, we choose to work with century-old and well-established goldsmiths based in France. With 3 to 5 microns, all our pieces are above the standard requirement for “Gold Plated” trade name and are labeled '“Heavy Gold Plated”. The thicker layers make the jewelry last-longer and more resistant to water/sweat with proper care. All our pieces are nickel-free.
